The $100,000 Newcastle Mile is the feature event on our racing calendar with the winner gaining automatic qualification into the $ 1Million Miracle Mile at Menangle in March. Frocks at the trots Social Tile Square DIY

Frocks at the Trots is our Team Teal Fundraising night, full of food, fashion, fun and of course - racing! Not just a great excuse to get a group together but you'll also be helping raise funds for better treatments and cures for ovarian and other gynaecological cancers.

What is Team Teal?

Team Teal is an initiative of WomenCan, a not-for-profit organisation raising funds for pioneering gynaecological cancer research and prevention & education programs through the Australia New Zealand Gynaecological Oncology Group (ANZGOG). Team Teal raises funds and awareness for women with ovarian and other gynaecological cancers, through celebrating women’s achievements in sport. The mission is to enable women with ovarian and other gynaecological cancers to live better and live longer. Each year Harness Racing supports the Team Teal initiative with female drivers wearing Teal Pants for awareness and with donations made by the industry, TAB & Clubs for every win by a female driver or trainer during a 6 week period in Feb / March. Teal is the international colour symbolising ovarian cancer.

We currently have track sign sponsorship packages available providing cost-effective and high exposure to our on-course participants and patrons along with 55,000 Sky Racing viewers and TAB app holders.
