TO ENTER

  • Simply swipe your Member Card at any food or beverage outlet prior to Race 2 on Friday 18 July and you will receive a ticket on your first purchase to go into the $5K MEGA MEMBERS DRAW
  • If you purchase a meal in THE GLASSHOUSE you will receive a BONUS ENTRY into the draw
  • Place the ticket in the barrel in THE GLASSHOUSE
  • A ticket will be drawn immediately following Race 2 and the winner notified via the oncourse MC
  • The member drawn must present themselves (with ID) to the General Manager in THE GLASSHOUSE prior to Race 3
  • The member drawn will win a Hospitality Package for 2 guests to the TAB Eureka PLUS the opportunity to win $5K by correctly picking the winners of Races 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
  • The member’s selections MUST be handed to the General Manager 15 minutes prior to Race 4
  • If all 5 selections are correct, the Member will win $5K
  • Pick of the table prizes will be drawn following Race 4

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Patrons MUST be a financial NHRC Member to enter as at 5pm Thursday 17 July 2025
  • Staff & Directors of NHRC are NOT permitted to participate.
  • The NHRC reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant for tampering, or attempting to tamper with the entry process. No correspondence will be entered into

 In relation to the ‘Chance to Win $5K’ winning member;

  • Only one (1) Member drawn on the night will have the chance to participate
  • The Member drawn must make one (1) clearly legible selection in each participating race
  • In the case of a scratched horse, the relevant entrant will not be entitled to any redraw
  • In the event of late scratchings after submitting selections, 2nd choice is not permitted.
  • The winner of each race is determined after the announcement of official all clear.
  • In the event of a dead heat the prize amount may be reduced
  • The drawn Member must be on site in person within 10 minutes of “all clear” on Race 8 being announced and present themselves to the General Manager in Pacers Restaurant to claim prize
  • The Prize will be paid using the BSB and account number nominated by the Winner, and the NHRC will not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of any error in that deposit
  • The Promotion is not required to carry a Permit number as per https://www.nsw.gov.au/money-and-taxes/community-gaming/trade-promotions
